The Atalaya project is located in an infrastructure-dense region, which provides many advantages for the project. The production site is easily accessible via a 1km private road from the main entrance to the property, which connects to a well-maintained public road. This road network provides convenient transportation options for the project, including access to cargo train stations, good roads, and ports.

One significant advantage of the project's location is that the Company does not need to build additional infrastructure, which can be a major cost and time burden for mining projects. The existing infrastructure will provide the project with the necessary transportation and logistical support to transport the extracted diabase rock and processed aggregates to customers throughout Europe.

The access to cargo train stations is particularly advantageous as it enables the Company to transport large volumes of aggregates over long distances quickly and efficiently. This transportation option can help reduce transportation costs and minimize the environmental impact of the project.
